Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When will my order ship?

    On-hand merchandise will be shipped within a week of purchase. Pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped after production is completed. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to each customer as their products are shipped. Estimated shipping dates are 2-3 months after the closing of a pre-ordered item. This may take up to 6 months for any supplier shipping delays.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates are dependent on USPS First Class prices which is automatically calculated upon checkout.

  3. What happens if I don't receive my order or if I receive a faulty product?

    A tracking number will be provided upon shipment confirmation. After your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for any courier problems such as customs and damages.

  4. Can I refund my order?

    Once payment has been confirmed, you will not be able to request a refund.

  5. How are digital products processed?

    Upon purchase, the digital product will automatically be emailed with a download link.
