Frequently Asked Questions

  1. When will my order ship?

    On-hand merchandise will be shipped within a week of purchase. Pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped after production is completed. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to each customer as their products are shipped. Estimated shipping dates are 2-3 months after the closing of a pre-ordered item.

  2. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates are dependent on USPS First Class prices which is automatically calculated upon checkout.

  3. What happens if I don't receive my order or if I receive a faulty product?

    A tracking number will be provided upon shipment confirmation. After your order is shipped, we will not be responsible for any courier problems such as customs and damages.

  4. Can I refund my order?

    Once payment has been confirmed, you will not be able to request a refund.

  5. How are digital products processed?

    Upon purchase, the digital product will automatically be emailed with a download link.
